Abstract Submission Guidelines
Participants who wish to contribute to the Conference are invited to submit an abstract in English. Participants can their preference for oral or poster presentation
before November 30th, 2019
. Each Author can submit a maximum of 2 abstracts.

) and use a Word text editor to compile your document, which must contain title, author(s), affiliation(s) of author(s) and text. Please, before uploading the file, change its name, adding the main author name and surname. Available space must contain the following sections:
Title, Authors underlining the speaker if you are submitting for an oral presentation
Keywords (min 3, max 5, that clearly indicate the topics scientific question of the study)
Abstract (max 450 words, it should contain information about the aim of the study, methodology and results)
Submission implies willingness to register at the Conference and present the contribution.
Notification of acceptance will be transmitted by December 15th, 2019.
The Scientific Committee reserves the assignment of the abstracts for oral or poster presentation.
Poster boards are in landscape format, and authors can make use of the full dimensions of 120 cm width × 90 cm height. All the material necessary for hanging the poster to the poster board is available at the facility desk. The general display time is 08:00–19:00. The authors are invited to be present at their display for presentation according to the schedule.
Place the title of your paper clearly at the top of the poster to allow viewers to easily identify your paper. Indicate the authors' names and address information in order to allow interested viewers to contact you for more information.
Prepare all diagrams or charts neatly and legibly beforehand, in a size sufficient to be read at a distance of 1.5–2.0 meters. Use different colors or line-types for each line or bars contained in your graph or chart.
The poster must cover the same content as the abstract. Include the background of your research followed by results and conclusions.
Authors presenting an accepted abstract must register to attend the Conference and pay the appropriate registration fee before January 15th, 2020. Failure to register automatically implies that the abstract will not be included in the program and the oral speech will be cancelled.
